I'm planning on being in London from mid December, 2011 until March 7th, 2012. I'd like to rent a flat in a secure area with 20 minutes of central London by tube.

I am in my sixties, a non-smoker. I do nor drink. I'm quiet. My interest is in exploring London and its many sights and cultural institutions.

I can and will provide excellent references and a police report from the township in the U.S. where I lived for the last twelve years. This police report says I have no criminal record.
